It used to point out that the violations were created for fun, and showed the amount of good times spent finding houses, and having them sent in to tackychristmasyards.com As for the site itself- it is tacky. It also is a standard google blog layout. It may have been designed by a 4-year old, but I doubt it. I think Google has to employ people older than that- I simply picked it because the colors fit the "Christmas" theme. I wish I had time to have a better site, and it will be completely re-designed for next year, but this was made overnight- on a whim. Apparently, it was a good idea, because of all the fun comments and suggestions we get. TackyChristmasYards.com has been kept it family friendly, and it's sad to see so many people come in and destroy wholesome fun- even if you think it isn't fun, why make it not wholesome? (to the long poster- your comments are appreciated, and I'm glad you kept it rated PG or G- as for webdesign, send me an email with a quote- this site was such a success, it might be worth paying someone to make it better- I just can't afford to have it done in under 60 minutes the way blogger did it for me!)Katnoreply@blogger.com
